I'm trying to use InDesign to create fillable PDF templates for daily paperwork. It's being saved on OneDrive for employees to download into Adobe Acrobat and edit. I have drop down lists that don't seem to work and I can't figure out why. I'm also having issues with boxes "competing". When they save multiple PDFs on OneDrive, the drop down lists won't show correctly how they were filled out until you actually print them (so you cant view it digitially) and I think this could be due to them using a template so all the boxes are named the same thing and they are fighting with eachother.
Does anyone have any suggestions or good tutorials how to work the interactive features? I'm sure I'm not doing something correctly.
Thanks in advance!!

Unless they're being viewed in Acrobat or Reader, this is nothing short of a crapshoot.
Browsers and mobile devices are almost certain to not work properly.

And yes, every interactive field must be uniquely namesd.
